We helped BCA build Internal application to enhance employee engagement through a rewards program. The program aims to incentivize employees to engage in behaviour and activities that align with our company's values and goals.
Details & Updates
In the MySaku BCA project, we contributed to designing the application's business flow and providing suggestions regarding the features available in the application for Employee engagement at BCA. In addition, we also contributed to creating UI/UX designs that are in accordance with business needs.
After creating the design, we also contributed to implementing the design into an application format that can be used by BCA to facilitate the process of adjusting the benefits that employees will receive. In addition, we also contributed to the application development process to make it even better.
